Cefaclor (cefachlor or cefaclorum) is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used for the treatment certain infections caused by bacteria’s influence.
Cefaclor is used to treat: pneumonia, meningitis, septicemia, ggonorrhea, peritonitis, urinary-tract infections, and biliary-tract infections, acute otitis media, endometritis, intraabdominal and pelvic infections. Cefaclor affects only bacterial infections by stopping their growth, but it does not work against viral infections.

Dosage.
Dosage is determined individually. It depends on the severity of the infection and its location. Adults - the average daily dose of 750 mg in 3 doses. (4g – maximum daily dose) Children - the average daily dose of 20 mg / kg in 3 doses. (mg / kg - maximum daily dose40). The treatment period is about 7-10 days. It should be taken orally usually every 8 (three times a day) or 12 (twice a day) hours. The best effect is achieved if it is taken at the same time, take this evenly. It is necessary to warn about your kidney diseases, colitis and bowel problems.
